The Incorporation Procedure
At Dutch-Company.com we strive for an incorporation process that is as easy to set into motion as it is to complete. Swift, hassle-free and in full compliance with official rules and regulations: our dedicated professionals provide you with exemplary service, leaving you free to focus on your core-business. Our transparent procedure consists of four steps.

1. Getting in touch
If you have decided to incorporate your business, simply fill out the application-form for our Basic BV® or Premium BV® services. This form does not commit you to any obligations. One of our specialists will contact you within one working day to make further arrangements.

2. Getting acquainted
At Dutch-Company.com, every incorporation procedure is an individual project that deserves our full attention. We always take your specific company goals and ambitions fully into account. The next step is to arrange a personal meeting in order to verify the identity of the incorporator(s) (as required by Dutch law), analyze your needs and wishes, and talk you through the remainder of the procedure. In addition, all of the necessary documents will be filled out and signed. Dutch-Company.com has offices in both Amsterdam and Baarn that are easy to locate. Alternatively, we can meet with you at your location or that of your lawyer.

3. Getting through the red tape
Although the actual incorporation procedure is relatively straightforward, several official regulations must be met. After supplying us with the necessary forms and documentation, a notary will file for an obligatory ‘declaration of no objection’ with the Dutch Ministry of Justice. The Ministry will then perform a cursory check into the financial background of the incorporators. In essence this entails a check for previous bankruptcies and/or criminal records. Upon receipt of a declaration of no objection, the incorporation procedure proceeds quickly and the notary will register a deed of incorporation. This effectively concludes the official procedure. Dutch-Company.com will streamline these steps (monitoring; keeping in touch with the notary) at no extra cost. However, the fee for the Ministry of Justice (€ 90.76; exempt from VAT) is not included in the service package.

4. Getting the job done
As a full service provider, Dutch-Company.com also arranges the finalizing stages of the incorporation process: registering your newly formed company with one of the regional Chambers of Commerce and applying for the necessary tax codes (e.g. VAT number). Once these formalities have been completed, we supply you with all the documents pertaining to the incorporation, including an excerpt from the Chamber of Commerce and the fiscal forms that are required upon starting a new business. If you need any help filling these out, please do not hesitate to contact us! We will gladly assist you.
